The Project

This project investigates skills as functional capacities and personality traits as relatively stable behavioral tendencies in emerging adulthood. It focuses on how these aspects develop over a short period and examines individuals' motivation for self-improvement. While research assumes that skills can be learned, it remains uncertain whether young adults can successfully do so and how. Further information will follow.
